The Grand Tourer Aston Martin DB5 was designed by the Italian coachbuilder Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera who created this iconic British sport luxury car. The Aston Martin DB5 was released in 1963which was considered as an evolutionary sport car.

This grand tourer weighs 1,502 kg. The Aston Martin DB5 had the fastest model The Aston Martin DB5 Vantage with an aluminum engine in-line 6 cylinders 4.0Ldelivering greater top-end performance at the expense of overall flexibility. This engine produced 325 HP.
The Aston Martin DB5 is among the best known grand tourer cars in the world thanks to special effects expert John Stears, who modified the Aston Martin DB5 for use as a James Bond car in the movie in 1964.
To promote the film, the two  Aston Martin DB5s were showcased at the 1964 New York World’s Fair, and it was named “the most famous car in the world”, and subsequently sales of the Aston Martin rose. In 2019at the world’s biggest classic car auction in California, the actual Aston Martin DB5 used to promote the James Bond film was recently reported through the latest car news that it was auctioned for $6.4 million.
