Nikola has confirmed that the 2022 Nikola Badger will be sold in Australia after the US. The Nikola Badger will be available in as all-electric pickup and hydrogen fuel cell electric pickup truck that is designed to compete with well-known electric vehicles such as Tesla’s CyberTruck



The latest car news, the base model electric vehicle EV will have a long range of approximately 483km using a 160kWh lithium-ion battery. However, the top of the range will have a range of 965km using a 120kW fuel cell.



The Nikola Badger will be AWD powered by two electric motors and produces 676kW of power with a whopping 3,630kg towing capacity. The Nikola Badger not only works as a heavy duty pickup but can also adventure, go off roading and accompany you on long treks. Additionally, it has the potential to beat a supercar in a drag race as the Nikola Badger can sprint from 0 - 100km/h in as little as 3 seconds!



The Badger will be bigger than the work Utes we are used to in Australia such as the Toyota Hilux and the Ford Ranger. It’s a larger pickup more to the sizes of the Ford F-150, Dodge RAM and Tesla CyberTruck.

Nikola Motors announced the Nikola Badger the new electric pickup truck price will be between $86,000 AU and $129,000 AU. However, the reveal for the functional Nikola Badger prototype has been delayed in Phoenix Arizona due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
