2021 TOYOTA HILUX UPDATE REVEALED

 

 

Calling all Ute lovers! The new Toyota HiLux is looking bold and tough after its global debut. The Toyota HiLux has been a bestselling car for a long time running in the Australian new car market and it is indeed Australia's favourite UteToyota have delivered major improvements all in order to reach new heights in Ute performance, durability, comfort, fuel efficiency, and towing capacity. The new Toyota HiLux hit the Australian showrooms in late August this year. 

 

 

The latest car news that important improvements to the 2.8-litre turbo diesel engine have been made. The new Toyota HiLux model will produce 150kW of power with an 11% increase in torque reaching 500Nm. The new Toyota HiLux range will still have the 2.4-litre turbo-diesel and the 2.7-litre four-cylinder petrol engine and will also have 4x2 and 4x4 drive. No changes to the beloved body style of this new Ute have been seen and they still come in single, extra and double cabs. Also, the same variants as the current model of Toyota Hilux are available (Workmate, SR, SR5, Rogue and Rugged X).

 

 

Toyota is also promising a more Ute comfortable ride in the new Toyota HiLux, which will be similar to an SUV. Toyota improved the suspension and shock absorber, and tuned the leaf-spring design with no compromise to the legendary off road capabilities of this pickup the Toyota HiLux. The towing capacity for the automatic 4WD Toyota HiLux has been increased to match the manual variant and tows up to 3,500kg.

 

 

Latest car new about the new Toyota HiLux exterior which has changed with a stylish Pickup and tough look. There are new designed headlights with a meaner look and LEDs on the higher grades. The enhancements of this new Ute include the interior too and all models will have 8-inch screen including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (finally!). The SR and higher variants will also have satellite navigation. Additionally, the Toyota HiLux 4x4 models will have the Downhill Assist Control and an extra traction control feature.
